A sweet bubbly toast for any special occasion or celebration.

Ingredients:

10 ounces of  Triple Sec, such as Leroux or DeKuyper brands
10 ounces  cranberry juice cocktail
4 ounces lime juice (fresh is best, but bottled will do)
3 Tablespoons superfine sugar, such as Domino*
1 bottle chilled Champagne or sparkling wine

Directions:

Mix Triple Sec, lime juice, cranberry juice, and sugar

Chill in covered pitcher 4 hours or more. When ready to serve, mix or shake again and then pour into fluted champagne or martini glasses. Add champagne or sparkling wine and serve.

Optional: Garnish with a slice of lime

Notes:

Yield: Approximately 8 bubbly glasses

* Superfine sugar dissolves instantly. Simple sugar syrup can be substituted for this ingredient. Use about ¼ cup if substituting.

Makes 3 1/2 cups

For coffee lovers, this is the perfect gift. There are so many ways to gift this. Pack the mixture in a small canister; we like to also include a nice cappuccino cup and a bar of chocolate to shave over the top of  each cup. For a really big bang, include a bottle of kosher Frangelico liqueur or Heering Coffee Liqueur

1 cup powdered instant nondairy creamer
1 cup chocolate–flavored drink mix
3/4 cup instant coffee (regular or decaffeinated)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Store in an airtight container.

Cappuccino
Makes 1 drink

2 tablespoons Cappuccino Mix
6 ounces boiling water
Whipped cream and shaved chocolate
Coffee Heering or Frangelico liqueur, kosher (optional)

Place the cappuccino Mix in the bottom of a mug. Add the boiling water and stir until the cappuccino is smooth. garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Add 1 tablespoon Coffee Heering or Frangelico liqueur if desired

A refreshing cocktail that combines the sparkling Prosecco with cranberry juice, fresh lime juice and the fragrance of rosemary.

Ingredients:

3 cups cranberry juice
6 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 bottle Prosecco*
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

Directions:

Pour the cranberry juice in a pitcher.

Coarsely chop the rosemary (stems and all) and add it to the cranberry juice

Add the remaining ingredients and chill for 1 hour.

Serve the fizz over ice.

Notes:

Yield: 6-8 servings

Prosecco is an Italian white wine — generally a Dry or Extra Dry sparkling wine^.and is known as the main ingredient of the Bellini cocktail and has more recently become popular as a less expensive substitute for Champagne

Great way to drink milk!

Ingredients:

8 Tbsp any flavor of The King’s Cupboard Chocolate Sauce
3 cups ice
1 1/4 cups milk
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings or chocolate chips (garnish)

Directions:

Mix chocolate sauce, ice and milk in blender until smooth.

Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate (or chocolate chips).

Notes:

Yield: Makes four 8 ounce glasses

Ingredients:

2  1/2 ounces Gin (Vodka)
1/2 ounce dry Vermouth
2 Vermouth Tipsy Onions

Directions:

Pre-chill glass. Fill martini shaker with ice cubes. Pour in Gin (Vodka) and Vermouth. Shake. Strain into glass and garnish with two Vermouth Tipsy Onions.

A spiced-up version of the standard Bloody Mary.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces kosher tequila
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
5 ounces tomato juice
1 ounce Sable & Rosenfeld Fiery Olives brine
Salt, pepper, hot sauce
2 Sable & Rosenfeld Fiery Olives

Directions:

To a tall glass rimmed with salt and filled with ice, add tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, tomato juice, Fiery Olives brine, salt, pepper and hot sauce.  Garnish with 2 Fiery Olives.

Bananas make very good smoothies – add them to almost anything else and they will reward you with a sweet creaminess. They have a special affinity with nuts – so the peanut butter here is gorgeous.

Ingredients:

2 large, ripe bananas
10 ice cubes
1 tablespoon sugar or sugar syrup, or to taste
1/2 cup milk, yogurt or light cream
4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

Directions:

Peel and cut the banana into chunks. Put them in a blender with the ice cubes, sugar, milk, yogurt or cream and peanut butter. Whizz to a puree.

Thin with a little more milk or water if too thick, then serve immediately.

Although peaches aren't tropical fruits, they work very well with coconut milk in this rich, decadent–tasting smoothie. Other fruit such as apricots, mangoes, bananas or papaya may be used instead of the peaches.

Ingredients:

4 large, ripe peaches, peeled, halved, stoned and cut into wedges
1 cup canned coconut milk
A few drops of pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar or to taste
Freshly squeezed juice and zest of 1 lime, cut into long shreds
6 ice cubes

Directions:

Put the peaches in a blender, add the coconut milk, vanilla, sugar, lime juice and ice cubes and blend until smooth. Taste and add extra sugar if necessary.

Pour into chilled glasses, topped with the shreds of lime zest and serve immediately.

Martinis never tasted or looked so good! Each fruit quantity (kiwi, strawberries or watermelon) will make four drinks. so choose whichever flavor you prefer - or why not try one of each?

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups kiwi fruit (4 kiwi fruit)
1 1/4 cups strawberries
1 1/4 cups peeled and cubed watermelon
3 tablespoons superfine sugar
1 cup iced vodka

Kiwi slices, strawberries and small watermelon wedges, to garnish

Ice cubes, lightly crushed, to serve

Directions:

Peel and chop the kiwi fruit, hull and halve the strawberries and roughly chop the watermelon.

Puree each fruit separately in a blender or liquidizer with 1 tablespoon sugar, until really smooth. Set aside.

Put each fruit puree separately into a cocktail shaker and add 5 tablespoons iced vodka and a little crushed ice. Replace the lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, remove the lid and pour into 4 martini glasses. Decorate each glass with a slice of fruit and serve immediately.

Yield: 2 - 12 servings, as desired

A former staff member of this popular food chain shared this recipe. It makes a jumbo shake, so there might be some leftover for the soda jerk. Make it either dairy or parve – we have included directions for both.

Ingredients:

4 scoops of dairy vanilla ice cream, or 4 scoops of parve vanilla ice cream such as So Delicious brand, or Trader Joe’s
1-cup (8 ounces)  dairy milk or parve vanilla soymilk such as Eden brand, or parve vanilla coconut milk or vanilla almond milk such as So Delicious brand
2 Tablespoons of syrup – such as Hershey’s which is dairy, or a parve brand such as Haddar chocolate, or Monin brand vanilla, strawberry and more
Dairy or parve whipped cream such as Rich Whip

Directions:

In a blender, whirr until thick, rich and drinkable; top with whipped cream.

Serve with a spoon and a straw. Yumm!

Optional: Before adding the whipped cream, pour additional syrup on top of the shake. Sprinke top of whipped cream with some chocolate shavings. And of course, top with a cherry!
